Does anyone have any contact names at Trans Union? Noah Bodie published a nice list for EX. Are there any contacts floating around for Trans Union? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello all, just wanted to update this thread to give some input sa to what I have found out about the haters.

First, there are over 50 telephone numbers at TU assigned to Bonnie Saunders (BS as I started abbreviating). I spent the better part of 90 minutes dialing all of these numbers listening for voice mail and BS came up often. I personally don't think it's a real person, so I won't send anything addressed to her. Following are relevant telephone numbers.

Have you already disputed via fax, phone or CMRRR? If not, then I'd suggest that as one's first contact with CRAs.

Noah, I have disputed (multiple times) and have twice asked for MOV and got the form letter both times. "We verify by either automated system, letter or phone call..." I asked what method was utilized on my specific items in question. I plan to send a letter to a supervisor and CC one of the top guns in the organization. What do you think? Others as well please chime in.

Were you doing phone, fax, mailed or CMRRR disputes?

I did both mailed and faxed disputes. Same results either way.

With the exception of Bonnie Saunders (which said Consumer Relations), the other voicemails just said their names, no departments.
