Standing ovation for orhippychic!!!
I went the Chase site. I was able to schedule a payment for the end of next week for all that is past due. 4700.00. Lets see what happens now. Thanks

I avoided a garnishment from the US DEPT OF TREASURY by doing this.cosmo,GOOD LUCK! if the account isn't locked out online, that is a really good sign. i would assume that if they had closed your account, then you would no longer have online access. keep us posted, as this may end up being a solution for others in your situation.
