Auto Loan on credit report

So I had my car since 2012 and owe about 3k left. As I'm fixing my credit I notice that my auto loan said I paid it off 100% in 2016 which isnt true and it hasn't been tracking my payments since. What to do?

What is the actual payment history profile on the loan?
