Balance transfer?

I'm an authorized user on my fiancés Amex blue and also an authorized user in my dads Citibank card and want to do a balance transfer from the Amex to the Citicard is this possible since the Amex is under my fiancé and the Citibank is under my dad?

I'm not sure if Citibank's policy allows the AU to do the Balance Transfer but your father certainly could. I guess this would depend on what level of access you have to the account online. Whenever I have done a BT all they ever asked was who is the creditor, what is the account # and how much do you want to transfer. Never any question of my relationship to the other account.
