Long ago I found a list in the forums of major banks and CCs and what credit brueas the pull reports from. I’ve been searching for months now and can’t find that thread again. Can anyone point the way?
Thanks,

Thanks,
Is this the thread? The "Which Banks Pull Which Report For Apps" list
Close, it’s a listing of banks/CC and what credit bureaus they use gather updates of your credit. They offer this as an incentive for joining. For example, Cap1 has Vantage 3, which is an estimate (I believe) from TU.
My goal is to start an account with someone who provides updates that are not based on TU.

No, Vantage is a totally different score model and it’s available for TU, EX, and EQ. What you want to know is which banks offer free FICO score for TU, EX and EQ. That’s a totally different thing from who they pull for applications. I’m not going to get into the long explanation of why banks pull one report for apps but supply another to their consumers.
Here is what you are looking for I think :
Btw you can get a free Experian score without having a card from anyone. Discover provides a free Experian FICO score to anyone. You don’t have to be a card holder. So does Experian directly. Both are monthly
