They dont pull your credit, I think they check chexsystems, but not your credit, Since when do bank's check your credit for a checking account, i thought only CU's do that.. Ive had many bank acconts and theyve never checked my credit.

It's the newest thing. 
I had added DH to my account a few years ago.
About 9 months later, they sent HIM cash advance checks (HIS name only, even thought it's a joint account with me primary). 
I guess they thought they could make money of him....ya know, get him to spend my money? He's not on my cc's.
He use to have a card with them that was closed back in 2008, before he was added to my account. And they linked his old cc log on information to accessing the bank account. So weird! There was a gap of like a year between closing the card and my adding him to the account.
