I opened a BoA personal checking account a couple of years back on an ITIN. I've since built my personal credit up quite well (FICO 8: 744) by using BoA's secured card, and then eventually dovetailing that into 4 'real' cards with Amex, Capital One, and BoA.
In the BoA dashboard, I noticed for a while last year that my free FICO score was actually showing up. It lasted for maybe 3-5 months, whereas before (and now again) it would show as 'score unavailable'.
I'm wondering if anyone knows why this might happen? My Amex score has been available the whole time, and my credit lines keep increasing with BoA, so there doesn't seem to be any issue other than the free score.
Any idea why that might suddenly be made available for a few months, before disappearing again?
