I was thinking of getting the Equifax 3 in 1 credit report with score for 19.99. Is this the best offer? I want to get the most accurate credit data. Is there anything better than what Equifax offers? What did you guys use? Also what is the best way to go about trying a PFD?
Thanks!
Combined credit reports give you a very good idea what is in all of the bureaus. Some finite transaction details and FICO scores are often not included.
Be sure to verify that will be a true FICO score, I suspect Equifax gives their FAKO score with the three-in-one product.
If you only need credit reports, just order them on the phone or online; you're entitled to one from each credit bureau per year. If you're denied for credit, you're entitled to another from each of the credit bureau that reported your credit.
If you need a FICO score, you pretty much have to buy it through myfico.com

Scorewatch from Equifax is a true Fico04 score

Isn't Score Watch a myFICO service?
MyFICO offers SW. Equifax.com also offers a very similar version of SW.

Do you have any information about their scoring model?
Exact same. All EQ FICO versions that are self-pull (e.g. myFICO, Equifax.com, M&T Bank's FICO service, DCU's free EQ FICO, etc.), are all Beacon 5.0, same as on here. There are no EQ FICO versions available to the public without the help of a lender (assuming they offer a version other than on here).
Thanks for the informative response!
