I called about a 30 day late from a few years back and got a nice woman who said she is changing the acct to reflect Paid/Never Late...I would love to do the happy dance but I'll save it for when I see the change actually make it to the CRs. But, my acct had been inactive ($0 balance but never closed??) so they re-activated it for me with an $800 cl and I get to keep the age (6 years). Yay!
