I just got $2 in my checking account from 'Overdraft Settlement' which I googled and found out about. Two bucks is two bucks.
I got $5...
lol $6.47 I win!
I remember getting post cards about this class action suit and how no action was necessary. Considering how high their fees are though, I think we still got shafted lol

Good to see. Sorry to the one who got nothing. We should have received more for pain and suffering on top of inflation.

Are these for people who got hit with overdraft fees before?
This is what I don't understand. I also am DAMN sure my overdraft fees were more than two effen dollars.

Well i never been charged for overdraft fees so maybe thats why?
Yes, it had to do with some sort of suit about their habit of pushing newer higher transactions through before lower older transactions which led to more overdraft charges (or something like that) so you should be pleased if you don't get anything lol This from years and years ago, back when all my derogs were in the making due to a bad relationship so I did indeed have some overdrafts back then.
Also, those overdrafts were certainly much more than what we get back, so I wonder where the number comes from. If it's just a division of a settlement based on the number of fees we got hit with or if it has to do with the difference between what the smaller overdraft vs the larger one would have been... Probably the former.
I closed my account with them last year wonder if I'll get a check instead or if they'll try to deposit in my old account, then charge me a maint fee, then overdraft me, then charge me another fee lol.
