COLL ACCT REAGED AFTER DISPUTE?

I am sure this has been listed, but I am in need of a quick answer....
 
Can a collection agency re-age a debt that is 4-5 years old. I am trying to buy a house and disputed 2 items 12/07. Now these two accounts show they are new on 12/07.
 
If this is wrong.... how do I fix this; and fast!?

If the reporting date changed then no if the DOLA or DOFD then yes they were re-aged.
