Go to planetfeedback.com and first register so that you have the option to include your personal info is included with any letter you write. Then, on the home page you will see an area where you can choose Complaint, Question, etc. A step by step wizard will walk you through writing your letter. Once that's done, you click Submit and the letter goes to the company's CEO. Afterwards you just wait for a response.
I have had mixed results with PFB. Once, at 11pm at night, I lodged a complaint with Comcast. I received of phone call from their national customer service manager at 11:30pm that night. I didnt have the same luck with Verizon -- they haven't responded to my request.
