I've been trying to pull my free annual credit report for EQ since February (last attempt prior to that was 2018) and it said they couldn't complete my order and I'd have to mail them a request. I just blew it off because I figured that I entered something wrong and didn't try again.
Now that I've learned that ACR.com is offering free weekly reports I decided to pull all three; EX and TU went through fine; EQ, however, coughed up the same error as before. I know my answers were correct this time unless their information is waaaaay off.
Anyone else have any issues pulling reports?
Same, under the "Get my free credit reports". Yet I can sign into my individual account and access with no problem.
Problem started after I did two things, cleared out computer junk, and changed browsers.
I hadn't even thought about a different browser. Tried Chrome; still didn't work.

There have been a lot of reports from forum members that EQ asks some really strange verification questions.
It happened to me last year. Now I just use https://my.equifax.com . It's free with weekly [EDIT: 6 per year] full reports.

They do ask strange questions. The first one out of the gate was something like "Which of these people live in St. Paul?" and none of them were me, nor anyone I know, nor do I live in St. Paul.
By the way- I've been meaning to tell you for years how much I like the CRADIS graphic. I assume that's your own design?

Thank you! Yes, it is.
It evolved over time from a simple table format, to having a Battlestar Galactica theme (DRADIS:Direction, RAnge, and DIStance), and now includes references to HAL from 2001: A Space Odyssey and Joshua running on WOPR from the 80's movie Wargames.
I must find a way to get SPACE:1999 and Logan's Run in there.

You get an unlimited number of free weekly reports there? I get 6 free reports in a year. Any idea how you got a better deal?
Mine is monthly.

My mistake. Yes, it's 6 a year with myEquifax.
Bummer. I was hoping I might get access to a super secret offer code or something. 🙂
