Very strange math indeed 😯
Got alerted to a score drop.
So, would this be a good time for an app spree? Or should I wait for my scores to go to 850 in the morning? I mean, somethings in my favor (though wrong).....Lottery Ticket run.
Honestly think I broke something with all my changes here lately. I see smoke in their computer room. hahahahaha!!!!!
@GApeachy... everything was as it should be and it scolded me for a DTI of 38% (told me I needed to pay my mortgage and installment loans down enough to achieve a monthly reduction of $120 and I would then be at 35% utilization).
Now looking at the inputs, can you access and adjust the expenses or the income? On mine I can and I looked at my Personal Budget Sheet for 2019 and made sure there was an alignment of information. My DTI is driven by a installment loan (car) payment and a mortgage as all the other credit is paid $0 with $14 (just enough to keep the scoring happy) reporting. Show 17 years for the oldest account and 9 years for AAoA.
Huh? where do I do that at? I hadn't done anything....this just pooped out a number today on it's own. Tell me what to do and I can try.
hahaha, look! I only owe $756!
That's it! $756 / $135,000 x 100 = 6% Their computer is BROKE like me! I owe $60k and then some.
