Hi everyone, For some reason I cannot view the investigation results from Experian. I keep getting an error message that states "The information that you entered is not the same as the information you gave us when you ordered your personal credit report. Please check your information and enter it again." That's impossible and I've tried all my previous address. All is asking for is the report number with investigation ID (which they gave me in the email), state, zip code and social security. Has this happened to anyone before? Also, do you know if I contact Experian are they able to mail me the results? Thanks!
