Cap One Combine Credit Lines

It's available now on there site to combine limits if your elegible. Account must be in good standing. Zero balance and atleast 6 months old.

Only 1 of the cards needs a zero balance

I dont know if anyone posted it or not, I found out when I went to try to merge my wifes cards and found out I have to pay the remaining 20 dollars to do it on her quicksilver card.

Folks are saying that only the donor card must have a balance of -0-, with no pending transactions.  It should be fine for the remaining card to have a balance.
