I'm guessing Plastiq at 2.5% as you can opt for them to send a check to your Lease holder.

Since these places are not set up for most mobile pay methods, and generally need routing and account number to transfer funds.

It's tough to find "alternative" ways to pay them.

And it also depends on the lender. Some won't let you pay with a CC--fee or no fee.

Agreed. Plastiq is probably your best bet. Some cards can't be used, though. I believe Disco and MC are the options at the moment unless something has changed recently. The fee would be 2.5%.
