Chase Auto Report to CRAs?

Is it Chase that automatically reports to CRAs whenever one of its cards has been brought down to zero? Or, do I need to request an off-cycle report?

Automatically reports when you bring it to 0

I have a Chase Slate and it has never reported when the balance was brought to zero . . . Chase updates my file on the 11th or 12th of each month. I charge and PIF each month due to the low $300.00 SL.

It will report every time total balance is brought to $0.00

If you pay statement balance to $0.00 but there are new charges, they won't report.
