Chase Saphire Preferred card reported as flexible spending credit card

I pulled my Experian fico this morning.  Chase has reported my new CSP on my report.  Funny thing is there is NO credit limit reported only balance reported.  One other weird thing is that Chase is reorteing this as a flex spending credit account.  Anyone else experienced this?

That's how all their Visa Signature cards report, because that's exactly what they are. Chase lets you go over your "credit access line" to some extent as long as you pay off the overage in full on your next statement. So there's no preset spending limit, just a limit on the amount that you're allowed to revolve.
