For me I had to call to add my son social to the AU because TransU wasn't reporting. Don't know if that is why it wasn't but after adding it and my next report date it was there. Hope this helps.

I'm a AU on my Mom's Chase Amazon account. When the card is activated is when they ask for the SSN. It will start reporting within a week.
