Same here. That's my favorite score since it runs higher due to being FICO 8 Bankcard and scaled to 900. Haha. Hopefully they update it soon.
I didn't realize it was FICO 8 Bankcard instead of just FICO 8. That's kind of a bummer, IMO. I would rather compare apples with apples.
But to answer the question, somewhere Citi has text that says that after they receive the FICO score, they take about 10 days to verify it before showing it to you.
What verification could Citi do to a FICO score? Who knows? Probably just an excuse for some inefficiency in how they data is received or deployed, rather than a real reason. But I'd expect the new score to show up in the next few days.

Nope, not since 4/23. I guess Citi is too busy sending out tons of emails to customers telling them they can try and pre-qualify again (something about a glitch in their system) with the caveat that "it doesn't mean you'll be qualified nonsense." 
As others have implied, they display the score about 10 days after they "receive" it. Mine too currently shows 04/23/19. I expect it to show 05/23/19 in 2 to 3 days. The reason they give for this delay is to "verify the information is correct". That's dubious.
