I got approved for the mortgage today and will close on October 24 !! Whew, that was a lot of work but for 5.875% fixed for 40 years, I guess it was worth it.
I will probably be back on the forum after my closing to learn how to clean up my credit and improve my scores so I get better auto and insurance rates and open a few good cards.
