I have issue I had dispute collection account and it was deleted but I got it message that I had new collection on my file and its the same one it was sold or transfer
That is totally proper. When a debt collector is either assigned or sold a debt, they have the right to post their collection to the CRA at any time while they have collection authorty. It does not matter what any prior debt collector has reported or deleted. That would alo be true even if the old CA had not been deleted.
