Collections account that is paid in full from medical expenses

I have 2 accounts listed as collections that are paid in full.   Is there any way they would considre removing these and if so, how do I go about finding out?

I got my medical co's off by disputing them.  They were deleted.

Do you just dispute them by going through your credit report?  I am sorry but I am new to all of this.  Just joined today.

You should not dispute something that is yours! Try writing a GW letter. Here's a helpful link.
