Getting your CR from a CMS like CCT is not the same thing as getting your real hard-copy report from one of the bureaus.
OP, if you contact the bureaus (each one) you can request a copy. I've had success with this in the past. If they aren't willing to send you a copy, all it takes is a minor change to prompt a new copy sent... Something like removing an old address, adding an employer, etc.
