Danikasmom, sorry, I was out of the office until just now. As Timothy said, dispute as inaccurate.

Turns out I had this problem with two accounts:

1) Suntrust said to dispute the Condition of the account through CRAs and they will update with the correct info (Paid/Closed vs Derog).

2) Repo credit union said that I can dispute directly with them and they will update the CRAs IF anything needs to be updated. *Pulls out knee pads*
