All three Credit Bureaus should use the same formula to determine score. All creditors should report use to all three bureaus. The whole system needs to be revamped.
Each CRA is a separate business. They use their own formulas to come up with a score for them. One has nothing to do with the other. The scores are also meaning less. No creditor looks at the scores divised by the CRAs. The only one they use is the true FICO score. Those may vary also because of the different versions of the of the formula.
FCRA only says if they report, the information has to be accurate.
