So many college students are solicited by the credit card companies. Much of the time, the teenagers, away from home for the first time, slurge on food, dirnks, parties, travel. Then they find they can't pay. Some ruin their credit history. In the best case, Daddy pays up.
I'm not usually a fan of government regulation, but this might be a good place for some!
