What may be more relevant to you, rather than the question of auto credit limit increases, is which CC issuers will do a hard pull if you ask them for a CLI. After all, if you know that a CC issuer will do a soft pull, then there's no reason you can't ask them periodically yourself -- you don't have to rely on it being an auto-CLI.
