Thanks for sharing your experience. I do understand the issue now.
To celarify further. The card issued to me althouogh has my name on it but it is still under orginal card - holder's address
Here is what I am planning to do (please let me know your thoughts)
- call the bank to add my SSN to the card
- Change the mailing address to my address
