CreditCheckTotal error?

Hi Everyone,
 
I recently signed up for CreditCheckTotal (just got past the trial period).  I signed up for them after learning you could pull more than once in 24 hours.  I was able to pull a few times and then I started getting an error message stating: "We have successfully completed your registration, however we were unable to pull your credit report due to temporary technical difficulties. Your credit card has not been charged.".  Then I get an email from them stating that:
 
Unfortunately, TransUnion did not return any data when we submitted the information you entered on your order form. This may be because they are experiencing temporary technical difficulties, they have no credit record for you or the information you supplied did not match the information in their database.

You may attempt to resubmit your order in a few minutes. If you think it's possible that the information did not match, please contact TransUnion
 
Is this just CCT's way of telling me I've pulled the max I can in one day or is something else going on? I also pull daily with TrueCredit and CreditKarma.
 
Just curious if anyone else has had this happen.

Try refreshing. I closed my account with them but I remember getting that error once in awhile and it would always go away if I tried refreshing.
