Creditone is not reporting to EQ

Hi, I have 2 creditone accounts and they have all on-time payments. EX,TU shows all payment history, but stopped on EQ since 2019. Should I contact EQ to update payment history? or should I contact Creditone to fix the problem? Thank you

You should first contact Credit One.

@AnonymousHope you get it easily resolved. Mines has always reported to all three bureaus with no problem (going on 3 years).
