O ver the past 2 daya I receive 8 alerts resulting in significant decreases in several accoutes TU + 10 EQ + 13. But when i do to the DASHBOARD the old scores remaiin the same. I call Customer Service they yell me they only report what the bureau gives them Of course I understand that! Has anyone evr had this problem ? Any help is appriciated TY
