in your case it may be a change in policy, or they wanted more info. some lendors are revising policy to pull from 1 or more cra's, others always have.

sorry are you saying they pulled two cra's twice, a total of 4 looks? or pulled eq, then looked at ex the next day (total of 2 looks)?

So long as your friends at NFCU properly code these inqs, they will count as one. As for the OP, I'm concerned if they are talking about CCC inqs...this would be a disaster.
