Actually...no. You are making a false assumption based on any number of basic logical fallacies. No offense, but please don't pretend that you're exercising basic logic. You may be trying to get ahead on potential paperwork, but you are proceeding fallaciously (using guilt by association, for starters). I would leave the lawyering to the attorneys.
