This is my first post, Hope someone can HELP.
I am a victim of ID theft.After proving my inocence the OC sent me a letter stating they will have the acct deleted from my records @ all 3 cra's. low & behold they reported the acct co/paid. after calling them into account they said that's not how they reported it to the cra and promised to fix it. That was 1 week ago.{will wait 30 days for fix} I sent their letter of deletion to Eq as requested after I disputed the acct, Now EQ says they can't accept the deletion Iletter I faxed them from OC. What should I do next? Thanks in advance!!
