If you haven't done so, I recommend you lock your Lexis profile. It's free and you can do it online. I locked mine last month and don't intend to unlock it unless I'm required to due to a new bank loan or credit account.

You can freeze it but this will not stop your existing creditors from being able to access it, details here

Hmm ... Things I know use Lexis-Nexis ... Discover, USocks, employers, insurance
One of the above doesn't fit.
Oh well, Discover seems to like me fine, whatever they are looking at. USocks treated me like suspicious character for about a year, but they think I'm ok now.
