Disputes & Verifications

If something is disputed and then verified does that hurt your credit at all?

But EX will not let you dispute it again, even if you want to change the reason Smiley Sad

They will.. you just have to wait several months before you can submit dispute via online.

Well in my case, 12 months was not enough

WOW! Really? Use to be 90 days! Guess you have to do mail disputes now.

Yeah, I had the same problem. Disputed something, they changed it, but still not correct, even have a letter from the OC.  Wouldn't let me do anything online.  Called someone and I have to send it in writing..

Called Equifax, said disputes done by phone. I found an inquiry from my bank, of which I never applied for anything...ever unless opening a checking account caused a hard inq. And a few duplicates for the same thing. Going to try and have them removed tomorrow.

.......

It is now tomorrow. Oh boy. I disputed almost everything..... nervous.
