I am not in their list of zips and their site transferred me to something called Consumer Assistance Services (Link Below). Does anyone know if this is a reputable company to use for disputing accounts? I don't want to be giving my information to just any company.
Thank you. That makes me feel a lot better.
@Anonymous wrote:Yes, it is ok to dispute with that site.If you are in a certain region, your credit report and information is handled by CSC instead of EQ.I deal with CSC. You can dispute online, but can not receive your results online or check the status of the dispute online. They always, in my experience, take the full 30 days and then send you a report in the mail with the results.
