Does anyone have a contact to send a GW letter at Citimortgage?

I had a mortgage there a few years ago. Although I was never late or had any baddies with them, they report on my EX file that my current status is Unrated or Bankruptcy according to myFICO. On TU & EQ, it's good. It may not affect my scores at all, but I don't like it there. I would like to send a GW to Citi to make the adjustment on EX.

If it was me I'd just call them up on the phone, say "I have evidence you have reported a mortgage of mine was in bankruptcy, I need you to send me something in writing stating it was not in bankruptcy as well as you need to inform EX that it wasn't in bankruptcy either... pronto".  I don't think you need to handle this in writing, although if they give you slack about it on the phone, I'd go the written route.
