EQ dispute queue exceedig 1:40 hr/min. Still on hold.

Eq dispute number 800-405-0081 is not working, Eq gave me a new dispute number 866-505-2180.

On hold for over 1 hr and 40 min, still on hold. Tempted to hang up, but after all this wait, I keep telling my self it is just another minute. Still on hold.

I just fax my disputes to them...takes them forever to update info....light years behind EX and TU..let me get off my soap box..

They just told me they are now closed after 2:03 hrs/mins. All this time on hold, nothing.

That's some pretty bad customer service there... you're supposed to clear the customers in your queue by taking care of them, not telling them they're too late...
