EQ is reporting ~4 years of on time payments on a 1 month old acct All info on it is correctly listed, including the open date and also the average age of accts but, for some reason...this. Should I be worried and dispute it or just back away slowly?

No need to dispute - just monitor. It may self correct next reporting cycle (or not).
Have you checked Credit Karma to see how this account is being reported on TU and EQ? If not, I'd recommend taking a look.
CK doesn't show payment history for this acct. I'm sure it's a mistake, just hope EQ didn't count it in my score, otherwise next month(or whenever they correct it) might not be very fun

Won't matter TBH, wouldn't worry about it as a result.
Age metrics calculate off date open and that looks correct on the bureau and really payment history assuming you're not a thin file, is basically calculated as the presence negative information (or lack thereof) regardless of how much positive you have when we're just talking FICO scoring currently.
