You may check your email and spam folder, if you registered before to get credit monitoring due to EQ issue a few years ago. I got a 4y Experian IdentityWorks credit monitoring. No payment registration is required. One of the best benefits of this service is its EX lock. Therefore, you can lock all three credit reports for free now without hassle (should use various websites).
It is strange that this service finally came from EX but not EQ. Also, the email says that it provides daily credit updates from three credit bureaus but the EX website says one free monthly report from only EX.
Fico8: EX~EQ~TU~840 (12 month goal~850).Possibly no because the email has a personal activation code. You may contact EQ and see whether they can send it to your new email address.
It appears this is neither their Plus or Premium plans available to the public for purchase. Do you have any FICO score access besides the free weekly one from Experian?

I've gotten an IdentityWorks package twice now from other breaches. Looks like Experian cornered this market.
Then you can monitor 20 CC/debit cards now (cap of 10 cards per credit monitoring account)
