You are confusing information on your reports with scoring models.
A HP is done on your reports
Scoring models are based on information on your reports.
There is no "HP only on FICO 2/4/5/8/9/10/etc". How a HP is weighed by a score model can differ but all models will "see" the HP.
This exactly. The HP is on your reports, and all scoring models will "see" it so to speak. The different scoring models all use the same info from your report, they just weigh things differently.

FICO 8 and 9 are scores, not reports. Whatever shows up in your EX report will be factored in by both. It might have a different effect in one algorithm than it does in the other, but it will be counted by both.
