Just file a request under FCRA 605A(a)(1)(A) for removal of the fraud alert before the normal 90-day date.

The only thing you must provide in this request is appropriate proof of your identity.

I would suggest first calling the CRA and see if they will accept your request over the phone.  That way, they can tell you what type of "appropriate proof of your identity" they require,
