Equifax history gone

I am a Myfico mamber.  I got my updated monthly report and all my equifax history gone except for 3 pieces that I am an authorized user.  I checked annualcredit and creditkarma as well.  Same for all.  Any clue as to what could have happened?

Split file possibly. I'd contact EQ via phone.

This^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Your the third person in 2 weeks with the same problem. And thats just posters on here. I went thru the same 3 yrs ago. Good ole split file.

What is a split file?  I called EQ and they said they see all my info.  I explain to them I am not seeing any of it.  Just became a record going round and round.

Is your EQ locked? CK can't access a lot of my file info while they're locked.
