Hi guys,
I was paying $9.99 for the Equifax Complete Premiere Plan. My subscription reverted back to the original price of $19.99. I called to ask for the discounted rate and they mentioned that they could only apply that $9.99 rate once per account. I'm not sure if I received a bad rep, but last I recall you just had to call every year to keep the rate. Can anyone chime in on this or any alternatives?

Just make sure to immediately ask for a supervisor. If you don't get a helpful supervisor, call back and ask for another.
They have your billing history, and it makes sense to honor the offer you were originally given. I've been holding their feet to the fire for years.
Too bad their products barely work, and take forever to load. Oh, it doesn't help that they cannot seem to keep their files in order, much less updated timely.
I'm beginning to doubt that there was ever a, "data breach," per se. Probably just a disgruntled high level employee selling the data under the table.

Yeah I was orignally told by the rep (a year ago) to just call back when it ended so they could reapply the $9.99 rate. So it ended in November and I was charged the $19.99. I'm not sure if there's better alternatives at $9.99 than Equifax.
You've been succesful at keeping the $9.99 rate for years?
