I read in one of the myFICO threads that TU and EQ remove HP at two years exactly. EX removes HP on the first Saturday of the following month.
If the above is correct and the TU and EQ HP date was February 18, 2020, then the HP will not show up on CR on February 19, 2022. For EX, HP will not show from March 5, 2022 (first Saturday of following month).
Can someone verify if this is true?
In general, most CR related articles say HP drops off the CR on the 25th month (2 years + 1 month). I have a particular lender who is sensative to HPs #s and to recent new CC accounts.
Thank you in advance.
The above assessment appears to be correct and that's been my experience.
If inquiries are of concern, I would wait until you confirm on all your CRs that said inquiries (or those in question) are no longer present.
@FinStar Thank you for your confirmation. The 2 year mark for two EQ HPs is June 26, 2022. If they fall off on that date or the next day, I'll only have two HPs on EQ. I will check the CR on June 27 and confirm.
Many thanks!

As a side note @Marmot, in my experience....I was able to call EX during that "limbo time" of the 24 months and the following month first Saturday and they can manually remove them. Again, this is only after the 2 year calendar clock has passed. This was quit a while ago but if that was necessary, it may be worth a call to them....
@cashorcharge Thanks for sharing your experiece! I'll give it a try when the 2-year mark comes.
