You can also sign in with you freecreditreport.com profile, if you have one. Same thing.

The integration there is a little off.

When I try to sign in with that or if I try to reset the password, it says invalid username; however, when I try to register with it, it says it's already taken.

I tried changing the username from my old email, will give it another try in the next couple of days and see if it's worked itself out by then or I guess worst case I can try it on some other username.

I believe I am having the same issue.  No matter what I try, whether changing username or resetting password, I am getting error messages.  I am sure it has to do with already having Credit Tracker and CCT accounts.  I finally called Experian yesterday afternoon.  Sadly, I think I got the worst rep possible.  When I explained the issue to her, she said to just change the username and I would be all set to go.  I explained to her again that I had already tried different user names with no luck.  She again said to change the user name and all would be good, then saying thank you for contacting Experian and hung up.  It sounded like she had no idea and was just reading what the script in front of her said to say.

If you have any luck, please let me know, and I will do the same for you!

Re: Experian free monthly credit report app

Don't know if this will be helpful, I have a CCT account and was able to sign in to the iphone app...

I created an entirely different username, new password, and a 4 digit pin.    My email is the same as my CCT email.   If you are both having trouble I would leave a review for the app saying what the problem is.   Hope they fix it.

One last thought:  have you tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling?
