Experian monthly credit monitoring (CreditWorks Premium) issue

I've been using it for 7 years and I'm generally satisfied. But just today, I noticed that they changed the frequency of my free (i.e., included in my membership fee) 3-bureau reports from monthly to quarterly without any notice to me. All of a sudden, I started seeing banners with "90 days to your next report" instead of "30 days to your next report" after I pulled the most recent free report. When I looked at my profile the benefit had changed from monthly to quarterly. Of course I called and complained and they were like: "Oh, you want monthly reports? We can set that up for you." I told them to go ahead after confirming that there would be no price increase and it was fixed immediately.

Anyone else experienced this? They resolved the issue with no fuss but I'm wondering if it was just an error or a sleazy attempt to put one over.

From their website it has monthly for 24.99. Nothing about quarterly. Might have been a glitch?

That's what I see as well. Really weird. When I spoke to the obviously outsourced agent, she first told me that I was entitled to only quarterly reports (confirming what I saw on my subscription profile). After my conversation with her it changed right back.

Thats strange. I'm grandfathered on MyFICO 3B when they raised the prices yrs ago. Thankfully.

They may be testing a change on that, they seem to modify things all the time. On my trials it always seems to say 30 days once I pull the report.

I pull my scores with free trials every now and then and they do have one that's the same price but quarterly. I think it's Identity Works or something.
